This is an agreement between you and Animebizz (referred to as ‘we‘ or ‘us‘) regarding the terms of service when you buy anything from the webiste of Animebizz i.e. animebizz.com and Privacy policy of the organisation related to your private data when you make an account on the website.

By buying anything from the shop OR registering your account with us you agree to the Terms of service and Privacy policy of this organisation, acknowledge that you are above 18 and can legally contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, you may use the service with the involvement or guidance of your parent or guardian.

Replacements:

• We practice a 7 Days Return and Replacement policy on any goods bought from the website.
• There should be a concrete reason on which the replacement can be requested.
• The process of replacement will start by requesting a replacement on the Contact Us page.
• An executive will be assigned to you who will assess your situation and based on the reason for replacement, guide you through the process of replacing your item(s).
• There can be two outcomes, either your replacement request may get rejected OR your request may be accepted and a minimal charge of 10%(of your cart value for the purchase) will be charged  for processing the Pick up and Drop of your item to the manufacturer’s warehouse.

Refunds

• We practice a 7 Days Return and Replacement policy on any goods bought from the website.
• There should be a concrete reason on which the refund can be requested.
• The process of refund will start by requesting a refund on the Contact Us page.
• An executive will be assigned to who you will assess your situation and based on the reason for refund, guide you through the process of getting a refund for your purchase from the website.
• There can be two outcomes, either your refund may get rejected because of lack of a valid reason OR the request may get accepted and a minimal charge of 10%(of your cart value for the purchase) will be charged  for processing the Pick up and Drop of your item to the manufacturer’s warehouse.
• The refund will be processed back to you in same way as in which you made the payment in case of Prepaid Orders.
• In case of COD Orders you will have to provide a way of transacting your money back to you, to our executive.

Cancellation of Orders:

• You can cancel the order within 48 hours of placing the order, once the shipment is prepared, the order can’t be cancelled.
• You can cancel your order from the My Account page.

Privacy Policy:

• All the data collected from you will be used to improve your experience with the website.
• Your private data will never be used for any malicious purpose.
• Your confidential data will be secure with us and will be only used to provide the best in class service to you when you are on this website.
